French Village Brasserie is owned and run by Ashley French. (‘Baker Street’ and ‘French Village Botanic’ also sit under that umbrella.) When I was asked to shoot their new menu, I jumped at the chance. At the time Damien Tumilty was head chef, so the food was amazing. Lots of lessons learned throughout the shoot, and yes… I ate everything I photographed!
